Inmate became aggressiving and turned to spit at Officer. Other staff escorted inmate to cell. Officer’s blood pressure spiked to a dangerous level and was sent to outside hospital for treatment/evaluation.

During pat frisk, inmate turned off wall and threw a closed fist punch at Officer, missing with the punch. He continued to throw punches at responding Officer, landing on the chest and arms, as he was being restrained.
